We at z-teca are keeping a close eye on COVID-19 events as they unfold. 
As a result of the current situation, our Southcore and Spectrum Square locations remain closed, but we are open for Dine-in, Pick-Up, and Delivery at all other stores.

Safety is Important to Us

We are taking actions to ensure the health and well-being of our customers, staff, franchise partners and suppliers, following guidance from Federal, Provincial and Municipal public health officials.  These precautions include: 

  • Installing alcohol based hand sanitizer at each restaurant location for customer usage.

  • Continuing to vigilantly clean and sanitize our restaurants using food-safe liquid quaternary sanitizer.

  • Ensuring franchise operators and employees stay home if not feeling well, or if they believe they may be of risk.

  • Providing staff and operators with masks and gloves and reminding everyone to wash their hands frequently and to avoid touching their faces. 

  • We strongly recommend contactless payments (credit card, debit, Apple, and Google Pay), as well as online/digital   payments.

  • Head office limiting in-person meetings, canceling or postponing large-scale events, and working remotely as able.

We will continue to closely monitor events and will adjust quickly and responsibly, operating on recommendations from applicable authorities, to ensure the health and safety of our employees and our customers first and foremost.
