ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who have reached the age of majority (18 years or older) at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins on March 17, 2025 and ends on March 21, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received within this timeframe to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Contest, participants must complete the necessary online forms outlines by York University. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
PRIZE. One (1) winner will be randomly selected from a draw and receive a MacBook Pro with an approximate retail value of $1,500. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on April 3, 2025. The selected entrant will be contacted via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.
PUBLICITY RELEASE. By participating in the Contest, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or human error. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
